This spread in Elle Mexico is not alleviating my pains to have rose pink or lavender hair. Nope, not at all. It would be one thing if I was starting out at blonde…however my dark locks are far from moving easily into the pastel spectrum of things.
Maybe I should just throw on a wig and call it a day.
It all started with some Will Cotton paintings, My Little Pony and Mother Monster of course…

The color palette here is just begging me to be inspired. I find it fitting that my new polish color of choice, Deborah Lippmann’s Day Tripper, is the perfect shade of blush.
Now if I can just get myself into a room with that wallpaper, I’ll be set.

Miu Miu once again, hands down, best prints and shoes. So pretty and femme. I’m dying over the sparkly shoes, esp the pink and gold ones….decadent! the silver glittery ones are reminding me of those Michael Jackson socks I had as a kid…hmm, sparkly socks for spring with all of my sandals…check! I’m getting an Elsa Schiaparelli’s Desk Suit vibe.

I’m loving the pops of blue and green combos filtering out of the crowds of various European fashion weeks.

Samantha makes the best jumper/rompers. I own two and am pleased to say they are also the shortest items I own…which makes it all the more fun each time I wear one.
I’m a little obsessed with this green one from her Fall collection. So diggin the pompom details…reminds me of Mexico…or New Mexico. I’d also really like to run around in that cape and cause a bit of havoc.

Everything the Beekman Boys touch is magic. I’m so in love with the glass house terrarium they had the 1802 Blacksmith wield. The terrarium is and exacta replica of the Beekman Farmhouse.
Read more on it here.

You can see more of said blacksmith’s work here.
I live in Chocolate City, Work for NPR, am currently working on an MA in Interior Design, Love my roommate, friends and Kitteh, "Bits."
