I live in Chocolate City, Work for NPR, am currently working on an MA in Interior Design, Love my roommate, friends and Kitteh, "Bits." Unicorns in love!!
so I tried my hand again at making red velvet cupcakes this past valentines day. they turned out splendid. this time I felt bold enough to make my own creamcheese frosting. I ended up cutting the tip off of a plastic bag to make the hearts. finishing them off with some sweethearts and red sprinkles did the trick! they turned out magical. there are several good recipes that I found online and I ended up adding more cocoa to my batter. Love wasoverflowing!
